At No.1 Wellness Club in Seminyak–Legian the cold plunge is part of our recovery facilities, alongside a sauna and a hot bath. They are not sold on their own: access is complimentary with every massage and every class, on the same day. Arrive 30 minutes early and alternate hot and cold before or after your massage.
